Banks等曾报告条纹治疗(CAM)是一种成效高的弱视治疗方式,方法为患者注视在面前旋转的宽窄不同的光栅(条纹),遮盖非弱视眼只需7分钟,治疗次数少到只需3次。条纹治疗何以能增进弱视患者的视力?视力的增进,是由于弱视患者受累的视皮质细胞受旋转的条纹所刺激,还是由于别的因素? 作者接着提出4个问题,并在文后作了解答。 1.视皮质中的细胞:(1)在弱视眼对外界刺激的反应有异常。(2)对空间频率有选择性。(3)对方向有选择性。(4)包括上面所有各项。 2.CAM刺激仪:(1)呈现各种空间频率。(2)在各个方位(360°)呈现空间频率。(3)需要短时间遮盖。(4)包括上面所有各项。 3.用CAM治疗:(1)多数患者视力在Snellen表上进步2~3行字。(2)患者即使不

Have reported that striae treatment (CAM) is a highly effective amblyopia treatment in which patients gaze at different sized rasters (stripes) rotating in front of them, covering only 7 minutes of the non-amblyopia, as few as 3 times. How does striae treatment improve visual acuity in amblyopic subjects? Is visual acuity improved due to rotational streaks of visual cortical cells involved in amblyopia, or is it due to other factors?
