目的:评估利用微型种植体支抗关闭间隙对拔牙矫治病例的垂直向控制情况。方法:回顾研究26例安氏II类错牙合畸形或安氏I类伴双颌前突,拔除4颗前磨牙矫治的病例。根据采用不同的支抗方式,把所选病例分为A、B两组,每组13例。A组采用微型种植体支抗,B组采用Nance托+横腭杆(TPA)增强支抗,两组病例均利用滑动法关闭拔牙间隙。分析比较两组病例治疗前后X线头影测量的变化。结果:经t检验显示两组病例SN-MP、OP-SN、ANS-Me、U1-PP、U6-PP、Yaxis之间的变化具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统的Nance托联合TPA作为支抗相比,微型种植体支抗关闭拔牙间隙,能对患者的垂直向支抗提供良好的控制。
PURPOSE: To assess the vertical control of tooth extraction using micro-implant anchorage clearances. Methods: A retrospective study of 26 cases of Class Ⅱ malocclusion or Angle Class I with bimaxillary protrusion, removal of 4 cases of premolar correction. According to the different modes of support, the selected cases were divided into A and B groups, with 13 cases in each group. Group A was treated with mini-implant anchorage. Group B was assisted by Nance pedicle and transverse palatal (TPA) brachial plexus. In both groups, sliding method was used to close the extraction gap. Analysis of two groups of patients before and after treatment of X-cephalometry changes. Results: The results of t test showed that the changes of SN-MP, OP-SN, ANS-Me, U1-PP, U6-PP and Yaxis between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Compared with the traditional Nance-based TPA as a supporter, the micro-implant anchorage can close the extraction space and provide good control over the patient’s vertical support.
