目的分析深圳口岸771例流感病例的流行病学特征,为出入境口岸流感监测和预防控制提供依据。方法收集2009年5月—2011年2月深圳各口岸监测到的流感病例771例,进行描述性流行病学分析。结果771例流感病毒核酸阳性病例均为经深圳口岸入境的人员,以中国内地与香港最多(共91.6%);男女比例为2.3∶1,年龄<40岁青壮年为主(73.28%);临床症状较轻,以发热为主(94.3%),体温大多<39℃(79.8%);监测期间入境人员流感有3次高峰,分别为2009年6—9月、2010年7—10月以及2011年1—2月,第1个高峰以季节性H3型流感为主,第2个高峰以季节性H3型与甲型H1N1流感为主,第3个高峰则以甲型H1N1流感为主。结论深圳各口岸流感的主要流行型别从季节性H3型流感逐渐转变为新型甲型H1N1流感;发病以青壮年为主。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of 771 cases of influenza in Shenzhen Port and provide basis for influenza surveillance and prevention and control of ports of entry and exit. Methods A total of 771 cases of influenza detected in all ports of Shenzhen from May 2009 to February 2011 were collected for descriptive epidemiological analysis. Results 771 cases of influenza virus nucleic acid positive cases were all those who entered the country via Shenzhen port. The population in mainland China and Hong Kong was the highest (91.6%), the ratio of male to female was 2.3:1, the age of young adults was <40 years (73.28%), and the clinical Symptoms were mild, mainly fever (94.3%), most of the body temperature <39 ℃ (79.8%); influenza inbound personnel during the monitoring period had three peaks, respectively, June-September 2009, July-October 2010 and 2011 From January to February of the year, the first peak was seasonal H3 influenza, the second peak was seasonal H3 and H1N1, and the third peak was H1N1. Conclusion The prevalence of influenza in all ports of Shenzhen gradually changed from seasonal H3 influenza to new type A (H1N1).
