焊接技术进步很快,目前我国工矿企业常用的有电焊、气焊、二氧化碳保护焊……多种。因焊接种类、焊条种类、作业环境及作业时间的不同,对人体产生的危害也不同。电焊烟尘作为职业病之源,早已引起人们的注意,对它的危害也进行了一定的研究。但对电焊烟尘的理化特性、结构成份及对人体健康之间的关系研究甚少,而这恰恰又是采取预防、保护措施的依据。

Due to the type of welding, electrode type, operating environment and operating time of the different hazards to the human body are also different. As the source of occupational disease, welding fume has long drawn people’s attention and conducted some research on its harm. However, there is little research on the relationship between physical and chemical characteristics, structural components and human health of welding fumes, which is exactly the basis for prevention and protection measures.
