锅炉系统应有很高的可靠性。目前,部分锅炉所配备的控制系统由于可靠性不高,投入控制系统反而降低了锅炉的可用率。高可靠性的控制系统必须在设计阶段就开始应用容错技术。在通用容错技术的基础上提出了控制系统容错技术的基本原则,并针对控制系统中控制器的特点提出了一套模型预测和专家系统相结合的控制器检测方案。该文所提出的控制系统容错技术已经应用于某130t/h煤粉炉计算机监控系统的设计。
Boiler system should have high reliability. At present, some boilers equipped with control systems due to the reliability is not high, put into the control system but reduced the availability of the boiler. High-reliability control systems must begin to apply fault-tolerant technology during the design phase. Based on the general fault-tolerant technology, the basic principle of fault-tolerant technology is put forward. And a set of controller testing scheme combining the model prediction with the expert system is proposed according to the characteristics of the controller in the control system. The control system fault tolerance technology proposed in this paper has been applied to the design of a computer monitoring system for a 130t / h pulverized coal fired boiler.
