在光导纤维胃镜下，应用MFMT－Ⅱ型多功能微波治疗仪治疗食管、贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄80例，按吻合口狭窄程度、病理类型采取相应的治疗方法，结果患者进食状况明显改善，无一例并发症．但该法有一定局限性，对某些类型的吻合口狭窄，配合其他扩张治疗或放疗等。可取得更佳的效果。 Under optical fiber endoscopy, 80 cases of anastomotic stenosis were treated with MFMT-II multi-function microwave therapy instrument for esophageal and cardiac cancer. The corresponding treatment methods were adopted according to the degree of anastomotic stenosis and pathological type. As a result, the patient’s eating status was significantly improved. No complications. However, this method has certain limitations, for some types of anastomotic stenosis, with other dilation therapy or radiotherapy. Better results can be achieved.
