随着社会的不断发展,企业的发展规模在不断地进行扩张,精神文明在企业中的建设作用越来越突出。企业的精神文明建设是新时期社会主义推进精神文明建设的重要构成部分,推进及加强企业的精神文明建设是对党十八大及十八届三中四中、五中全会精神文明的贯彻和落实。企业积极践行社会主义精神文明建设是在发展自身的同时也是对社会主义新时期的发展做出了一定的贡献。
With the continuous development of society, the scale of development of enterprises continues to expand and the role of spiritual civilization in the construction of enterprises becomes more and more prominent. The construction of spiritual civilization of an enterprise is an important part of promoting the building of spiritual civilization by socialism in the new era.
