目的了解实验动物的感染情况 ,为更好地科学饲养、管理实验动物 ,提高实验动物质量奠定基础。方法采用Dot-ELISA法、肺印片姬氏染色法及改良抗酸染色法对 30只Wistar大鼠、10 0只昆明鼠及 12 0只家兔进行检查[1] 。结果大鼠、小鼠及家兔弓形虫的阳性感染率分别为 6 7%、5 %及 2 0 8%;卡氏肺孢子虫的阳性感染率分别为 2 0 %、2 %及 0 %;受检动物的粪便均未查到隐孢子虫卵囊。结论从实验的结果来看 ,我院实验动物中心提供的实验动物尚未达到贵州省制定的一级动物标准 ,表明我院实验动物中心在管理、饲养动物方面存在一定的不足。
Objective To understand the infection status of experimental animals and lay the foundation for better scientific breeding, management of experimental animals and improvement of experimental animals’ quality. Methods 30 Wistar rats, 100 Kunming mice and 120 rabbits were examined by Dot-ELISA, Giemsa staining and modified acid-fast staining [1]. Results The positive rates of infection of Toxoplasma gondii in rats, mice and rabbits were 67%, 5% and 20% respectively. The positive rates of infection with Pneumocystis carinii were 20%, 2% and 0% respectively. Cryptosporidium oocysts were not detected in the feces of the animals tested. Conclusions From the experimental results, the experimental animals provided by our laboratory have not yet reached the first-class animal standards set by Guizhou Province, indicating that there are some deficiencies in the management and breeding of animals in our laboratory.
