(133.58±“,”Objective To explore the effectiveness of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in treating patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 110 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease who came to our hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into routine group and observation group according to the method of drawing lots. The routine group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets, while the observation group was treated with amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets. The blood pressure, weekly angina attack frequency, duration of each angina attack and adverse reactions after medication were compared between the two groups. Results After three courses of treatment, the blood pressure of routine patients was measured: systolic blood pressure was 130.24~141.35 mm Hg, average (133.58±4.66) mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure was 90.25-96.37 mm Hg, average (90.33±4.56) mm Hg, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris were (5.27±2.34) times/week and (4.03±2.21) min/time, the adverse reaction rate was 29.09%. In the observation group, blood pressure was measured after three courses of treatment: systolic blood pressure was 123.35-131.34 mm Hg, with an average of (124.37±5.45) mm Hg, and diastolic blood pressure was 82.37-89.46 mm Hg, with an average of (83.25±4.25) mm Hg, the attack frequency of angina pectoris was (2.46±1.02) times/week and the duration was (2.25±1.33)min/time, the adverse reaction rate was 10.91%, all of which had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets has better effect and less side effects for patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.
