黄酮类化合物是中药中一类重要的活性成分,其在植物体内的生物合成受各种环境条件的调控。矿质营养作为植物生长发育所必需的环境因子,对药用植物中黄酮类成分合成代谢的调控也日益受到人们重视。作者阐述了黄酮类成分的生物合成途径,综述了大量元素、中量元素、微量元素及稀土元素对药用植物中黄酮类成分合成的影响。在此基础上,探讨了矿质营养对药用植物中黄酮类成分生物合成途径调控的作用机制。
Flavonoids are a kind of important active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine. Their biosynthesis in plants is regulated by various environmental conditions. As the environmental factor necessary for plant growth and development, mineral nutrition is increasingly valued by the people for its regulation on the synthesis and metabolism of flavonoids in medicinal plants. The authors described the biosynthetic pathway of flavonoids and reviewed the effects of macronutrients, mesotrons, trace elements and rare earth elements on the synthesis of flavonoids in medicinal plants. On this basis, the mechanism of mineral nutrition on the regulation of flavonoid biosynthesis pathway in medicinal plants was discussed.
