CaNa_3DTPA(简称 Ca—DTPA)及时用于钚内污染者促排,有一定效果。Bcho-field 报道一例金属钚刺伤后,数小时内开始用 Ca—DTPA 促排,最初40天尿中促排出的钚约占体负荷估算量的29%。一例硝酸钚气溶胶吸入第三天开始用药,Ca-DTPA 的促排效果约10—15%但临床应用 Ca—DTPA 促排时,可大量增加尿中 Zn 等痕量元素的排出,并能产生一定的毒付作用。本文报道用 Ca—DTPA 对数年前经历 Pu 内污染的两例患者进行促排的效果,观察尿中痕量元素的变化以及临床见到的毒付作用。
CaNa_3DTPA (abbreviated as Ca-DTPA) is used in a timely manner to promote row-by-row polluters and has a certain effect.
