在住房限购令的政策下,经济实力较强的一线城市,由于外来人口较多,房地产市场的需求量也较大,资金也较雄厚,出现了房地产销售量减少,销售价格上涨的局面。房地产由于价格上涨,在买卖过程中,开发商将商品房进行多重买卖的现象时有发生。本文主要就商品房多重买卖现象发生的原因以及如何确定商品房的所有权归属和买受人的法律救济问题提出自己的见解。
