在产品加工过程中,常会碰到轴、孔类键槽。对轴类键槽,一般采用轴用键槽塞规或游标卡尺测量;对孔类键槽,大都采用孔用键槽塞规测量,但用塞规测量孔内键槽不太方便。现介绍一种用改制涨簧式内径百分表测量轴、孔键槽的方法。涨簧式内量表一般带几个测头(形状如图1)。为了测键槽,可把原来的测头修磨成如图2的形状。测头的两测点应紧靠端面,这样便于测量键槽的根部。为了保证测量准确,可按键槽公称尺寸加工不同技术规格的校准环规,也可利用量块附件组成需要尺寸,用来对零位。操怍方法:用量块附件组成被测键槽公称尺寸,校对零位后,即可测量,从指示表中读出偏差值。我厂采用Φ10~20mm内径量表测头组,改制成6、8、10、16(mm)等四种规格的测头。
