目的:通过在血站建立全面质量管理体系,为患者提供最优质的血液制品和服务。方法:2013年1月到2014年1月从仪器设备及材料、采供血环境、血液检测、信息等各环节进行血站的质量管理,对该年的无偿献血者血液总检测不合格率与上一年对比。结果:无偿献血者血液总检测不合格率4.71%与上一9.46%年相比明显降低,血站血液质量显著提高。结论:全面质量管理可以为临床提供安全、优质的血液和血液制品,应该在临床得到推广。
Objective: To establish a comprehensive quality management system at blood stations to provide patients with the highest quality blood products and services. Methods: From January 2013 to January 2014, the quality control of bloodstains was carried out from various aspects such as equipment, materials, blood collection and supply, blood testing and information, and the total unqualified blood rate of unpaid blood donors One year comparison. Results: The unqualified rate of total blood test in unpaid blood donors was 4.71%, significantly lower than that in the previous 9.46% years, and the blood quality in blood stations was significantly increased. Conclusion: TQM can provide safe and high quality blood and blood products for clinic and should be popularized clinically.
