目的:优选熟地炭的炮制工艺。方法:通过正交试验法对炮制温度、时间和炮制方法 3个因素进行考察,以吸附力和水溶性浸出物的含量为指标,采用综合评分法优选熟地炭的炮制工艺。结果:炮制温度对试验结果有显著性影响,熟地炭的最佳工艺条件为炮制温度200℃,烘15 min。结论:优选的熟地炭炮制工艺合理可行,可为其饮片质量标准的制定提供实验依据。
Objective: To optimize the cooked process of charcoal. Methods: Three factors of processing temperature, time and processing method were investigated by orthogonal test method. The adsorption capacity and content of water-soluble extract were taken as indexes. The comprehensive scoring method was used to optimize the processing technology of cooked earth charcoal. Results: The processing temperature had a significant effect on the test results. The optimum technological conditions for cooked charcoal were processing temperature 200 ℃, baking 15 min. CONCLUSION: The optimum processing technology of cooked Rehmannia charcoal is reasonable and feasible, which can provide the experimental basis for the formulation of its quality standard.
