在介绍昆明制药股份有限公司通过合作创新成功开发蒿甲醚系列产品的基础上，对制药业企业开展合作创新的模式进行探索。并进一步指出，在合作创新的不同阶段企业应该采取不同的合作创新策略，利用核心能力的互补实现合作创新效益的最大化。
