目的:对西医抗感染结合中医益肺汤治疗老年慢性肺炎患者的临床效果进行分析。方法:选取该院2014年5月至2015年5月收治的老年慢性肺炎患者80例为研究对象,随机分为2组,即对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规西医抗感染治疗,观察组采取西医抗感染结合中医益肺汤治疗,比较分析2组临床效果。结果:对照组总有效率为80%,明显低于观察组92.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西医抗感染结合中医益肺汤治疗用于老年慢性肺炎,能帮助患者早日康复,有临床推广价值。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the clinical effect of Western medicine anti-infective combined with TCM Yifei Decoction in treating elderly patients with chronic pneumonia. Methods: Eighty elderly patients with chronic pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine anti-infective therapy. The observation group was treated with western medicine anti-infective combined with Chinese medicine Yifei Decoction. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 80%, which was significantly lower than that of the observation group (92.50%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Western anti-infective combined with Chinese medicine Yifei Decoction for senile chronic pneumonia can help patients recover soon and has clinical value of popularization.
