探讨局部振动对血浆一氧化氮的影响及其意义。 [方法 ]对不同接振时间、不同接振强度的家兔进行了血浆一氧化氮浓度的测定与分析。 [结果 ]实验组家兔血浆一氧化氮浓度较对照组有降低趋势 ;随接振时间的延长和接振剂量的增大 ,降低更明显。 [结论 ]局部振动可导致血浆一氧化氮浓度的降低 ,这种降低可能是振动性血管损伤的原因之一
To investigate the effect of local vibration on plasma nitric oxide and its significance. [Method] The plasma concentrations of nitric oxide were measured and analyzed in rabbits with different vibration durations and different vibration intensities. [Result] The concentration of plasma nitric oxide in rabbits in the experimental group tended to decrease compared with that in the control group. The decrease was more obvious with the prolongation of the vibration-absorbing time and the increase of the dose of vibration resuscitation. [Conclusion] Local vibration can lead to the decrease of plasma nitric oxide concentration, which may be one of the reasons of vasogenic vascular injury
