目的:了解真性红细胞增多症(PV)患者外周血中红细胞增多与红细胞存活时间长短的相关性。方法:采集10例真性红细胞增多症患者离体抗凝全血和10例正常人离体抗凝全血,放血当天测定钾以排除患者血浆钾和正常人的差异和外界的影响因素,然后定期测定真性红细胞增多患者和正常人离体血浆中钾的浓度的变化,以了解红细胞破坏的程度。结果:真性红细胞增多症患者组第五天到第十天的钾离子浓度变化,第十天到第十五天的钾离子浓度变化,第十五天到第二十天的钾离子浓度变化均比正常人的大(P<0.05)。结论:真红患者红细胞的存活时间比正常人的短,间接证明真性红细胞增多症患者骨髓造血增生。
