目的分析评价一次职工减重大赛的效果,为进一步开展健康促进活动提供科学依据。方法在职职工通过自愿报名参赛,历时6个月,期间开展多项有利于减重的健康干预活动。大赛前后对所有参赛对象统一测量身高与体重,以赛后实际减重量进行评比奖励,并以体质指数(BMI)进行评价。结果参赛职工177人,赛后有107人体重下降,占参赛职工60.5%,体重减轻范围为0.1~10.6 kg。评出三星减重职工30人(减重≥4 kg),二星健康减重职工17人(减重3~4 kg),一星健康减重职工30人(2~3 kg)。大赛前后超重/肥胖人数由95人(53.7%)降至78人(44.1%);其中男性由73人(81.1%)降至64人(71.1%);女性由22人(25.3%)降至14人(16.1%)。结论减重大赛活动促进了职工健康素养提高,增加了减轻体重动力,并取得了一定的减重效果,但要取得更显著的效果任重道远。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of an employee weight loss contest to provide a scientific basis for further promoting health promotion activities. Methods On-the-job staff members volunteered for the competition and took six months to carry out a number of health interventions that are beneficial to weight loss. Before and after the competition, all participants were measured for height and weight uniformly, and the actual weight loss after the competition was evaluated and rewarded. The body mass index (BMI) was used for evaluation. The results of 177 participating workers after the race 107 weight loss, accounting for 60.5% of participating workers, weight loss range of 0.1 ~ 10.6 kg. Thirty employees (weight loss ≥ 4 kg) and two health workers (weight loss 3-4 kg) and 30 health workers (2 to 3 kg) were evaluated. The number of overweight / obese people dropped from 95 (53.7%) to 78 (44.1%) before and after the competition, with 73 males (81.1%) down to 64 (71.1%) and 22 females (25.3%) down to 14 (16.1%). Conclusion The weight loss contest promoted the improvement of health literacy of workers and staff, increased the weight-loss motivation and achieved some weight-loss effects. However, it is still a long way to go to obtain more significant results.
