本文报道了一类新型螯合捕收剂α-肟基膦酸二烷基酯R1C(NOH)P(O)(OR2)2(包括五个化合物,R1和R2为C个数1—6的烷基或芳基)的浮选性能,并对药剂结构与性能关系作了讨论。硫化矿单矿物和人工混合矿的浮选试验结果表明:这类药剂对铜、铅、锌硫化矿物捕收性好,而对黄铁矿、毒砂捕收能力弱,药剂特别适合于Cu-As、Cu-Pb分离。这类新药剂的高选择性是药剂成螯结构决定的。并且,非极性基链长符合分子设计计算的药剂表现出更好的浮选性能。
In this paper, we report a new class of chelating collectors, α-hydroxyiminophosphonic acid dialkyl ester R1C (NOH) P (O) (OR2) 2 (including five compounds, R1 and R2 are C Alkyl or aryl) flotation performance, and the relationship between drug structure and performance are discussed. The results of flotation tests of single mineral and artificial mixed ores in sulfide ore show that these kinds of agents have good catalysis on Cu, Pb and Zn sulphide minerals, and weak collection ability on pyrite and arsenopyrite. The agents are especially suitable for Cu- As, Cu-Pb separation. The high selectivity of these new agents is determined by the chemical chelation structure. And, the non-polar base chain length of the molecular design calculations of the agent showed better flotation performance.
