本文从人力资源危机的行为性指标、诊断性指标以及管理性指标三个层面考量,设计了民营企业人力资源危机评价指标体系;通过AHP模糊综合评价法确定指标权重,构建了民营企业人力资源危机预警评价模型;通过实证研究结合多级模糊综合评价方法验证了模型的科学性,为民营企业人力资源危机评价提供了一整套行之有效的决策方案。
