随着A、C、W135、Y群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Neisseria meningitides,Nm)多糖疫苗和多糖-蛋白结合疫苗的接种使用,相应菌群引起的流行性脑膜炎的发病率和死亡率均得到有效控制,而B群等其他群别引起的流行性脑膜炎发病率有所增加。因B群Nm的荚膜多糖(Capsular polysaccharide,CPS)或多糖-蛋白结合物免疫原性均较低,目前采用常规方法尚未生产出有效的B群Nm疫苗。本文对B群Nm CPS疫苗、外膜囊泡(Out membrane vesicles,OMV)疫苗、脂寡糖(Lipooligosaccharide,LOS)疫苗和重组蛋白疫苗的研究进展作一综述。
