采用添加尼龙纤维配制硅溶胶浆料并制备硅溶胶型壳,测试浆料的运动粘度、型壳的挂浆品质及涂挂厚度,研究纤维含量对浆料涂挂性能的影响。结果表明,随着纤维含量的增大,型壳各层浆料的运动粘度均随之增大,增加面层浆料的纤维量明显增大浆料的运动粘度;随纤维含量的增大,型壳的挂浆质量与涂挂厚度均随之增大,其长、宽、高、拐角线方向的涂挂厚度变化差异,当纤维含量达到0.75%时,型壳各方向的涂挂厚度比未加纤维增大0.70~0.75 mm。
