浮选金精矿氰化前碱预处理,使氰化钠耗量由6kg/t降至31kg/t。氰化浸出前加碳质物的纯化剂煤油2~4kg/t,金的浸出率由9251%增至9317%。含铜金精矿用氨氰化处理,铜的浸出率由2941%降至2351%,氰化钠耗量由45kg/t降至425kg/t。金精矿细磨氰化工艺中,采用适宜的搅拌强度,可以减少碱及氰化物的耗量。
