针对O,S-二甲基硫代磷酰胺生产过程存在大量未转化的原料以及副产物等废物,以总收率以及产品质量与废物质量的比率最大为多目标优化,采用复形法优化O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰胺异构-蒸馏分离-再循环系统的工艺参数。优化结果表明:降低蒸馏压力,提高O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰胺的质量分数,与传统过程相比,总收率提高13%,废物减少50%左右。
O, S-dimethyl phosphoroamidite production process there is a large number of unconverted raw materials and byproducts and other wastes, the total yield and the ratio of product quality and waste mass for the maximum multi-objective optimization using complex method to optimize the O , O-dimethylthiophosphoramide isomerization - distillation separation - recycling process parameters. The results of optimization show that the total yield is increased by 13% and the waste reduced by about 50% compared with the traditional process by reducing the distillation pressure and increasing the mass fraction of O, O-dimethylthiophosphoramide.
