以南方籍新兵为受试对象 ,观察冷习服对机体氨基酸代谢的影响。结果表明 ,冷习服前后各种必需氨基酸摄取量均在正常标准之上 ,超出供给量的 5~ 10倍。只有蛋氨酸的摄取量 ,冷习服后较冷习服前有所减低 ,但仍在正常范围之内。摄入热能在正常范围。经过一个月的耐寒锻炼取得冷习服 ,血清支链氨基酸明显变化 ,除甘氨酸、结氨酸、精氨酸、丝氨酸、胱氨酸 (Gly、Ser、Cys)明显减少 ,除蛋氨酸 (Met)外其他支链氨基酸均有明显增高。血清亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、丙氨酸、苏氨酸 (Leu、Ile、Ala、Thr、Val、Arg、Pro)水平在冷习服后均有明显的升高 (P<0 0 5 ) ,说明冷习服后氨基酸的代谢有明显增强。目前部队的膳食结构和组成有助于加速冷习服的建立
