研究超高压微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(UHPMD-ICP)同时测定食品复合包装材料中铅、铬、镉、汞等元素的仪器测试条件。采用超高压微波消解仪对复合包装材料样品进行消解,然后用ICP对样液上述四种元素的含量进行测定。结果表明:在所选择的最佳仪器条件下,方法的线性良好,在线性范围0~0.500 mg/L内,相关系数达0.999916,测试样品的准确度和精密度也符合要求。用UHPMD-ICP同时测定复合包装材料中的四种重金属,操作简便快捷,结果准确可靠,是适合检验检测行业的一种新型、快速的检测手段。
The instrument testing conditions of simultaneous determination of lead, chromium, cadmium, mercury and other elements in food composite packaging materials by ultra-high pressure microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (UHPMD-ICP) were studied. The sample of the composite packaging material was digested with an ultrahigh-pressure microwave digestion instrument, and then the content of the four elements in the sample solution was determined by ICP. The results showed that the linearity of the method was good under the optimal instrument conditions. The correlation coefficient was 0.999916 within the linear range of 0 ~ 0.500 mg / L, and the accuracy and precision of the test samples also met the requirements. Simultaneous determination of four heavy metals in composite packaging materials by UHPMD-ICP is simple and fast, accurate and reliable. It is a new and rapid detection method suitable for testing industry.
