目的观察分析低平牙槽嵴患者行全口义齿修复的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月~2013年6月期间本院收治的39例牙槽嵴低平的患者,回顾性分析其临床资料,所有患者行全口义齿修复,观察修复效果。结果本组39例患者中,修复效果良好的有26例(66.7%);修复效果一般的有9例(23.1%);修复效果不佳的有2例(5.1%),修复总有效率为94.9%。结论医生要充分了解牙槽嵴低平患者的口腔状况,认真细致地完整修复的每个环节,通过精心的制取、耐心地调整来提高患者的舒适度和满意度。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of complete denture restoration in patients with low level alveolar ridge. Methods From June 2012 to June 2013, 39 patients with low alveolar crest in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent complete denture restoration and the effect of repair was observed. Results Of the 39 patients in our study, 26 (66.7%) had good results, 9 (23.1%) had good results, 2 (5.1%) had poor results, and the total effective rate was 94.9%. Conclusion The doctor should fully understand the oral conditions of patients with alveolar crest and flat, and carefully and meticulously complete repair of each link, through careful preparation, patiently adjusted to improve patient comfort and satisfaction.
