受魔-T特性的启发,不同于传统的平衡式微带-槽线0/180°移相器双平面结构,文中采用平衡式共面波导-槽线转换方案,应用肖特基势垒二极管研制了一种响应速度快、寄生调幅小的小型化单平面电路结构V波段0/180°移相器,实现了电路简化设计。该移相器结构紧凑,加工方便,在4 GHz的宽频带范围内,实现插入损耗<3 dB、相位平衡度≤5°、幅度平衡度≤0.5 dB的良好电性能。
