目的探讨盆宁颗粒的免疫调节作用机理。方法建立混和菌感染引起的大鼠盆腔炎模型,观察盆宁颗粒不同剂量组对盆腔炎模型大鼠血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)以及免疫球蛋白IgM、IgG、IgA含量的影响,并与庆大霉素和康妇消炎栓作对照。结果与盆腔炎模型组相比,其他各组均能明显提高IL-2、IgM、IgG、IgA水平,降低SIL-2R、IL-6和TNF-α水平(P<0.05或P<0.01);尤其是盆宁颗粒高剂量组作用优于庆大霉素组和康妇消炎栓组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆宁颗粒能够改善盆腔炎模型大鼠体液免疫功能,这可能是其治疗盆腔炎作用机理之一。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of immunomodulatory effects of Panning Granules. Methods To establish a pelvic inflammatory disease model induced by mixed infection in rats. To observe the serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R) in different doses of pelvic nerve in pelvic inflammatory rats. The effects of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha), and immunoglobulin IgM, IgG, and IgA levels were compared with gentamicin and Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppositories. Results Compared with the pelvic inflammatory disease model group, other groups all significantly increased the levels of IL-2, IgM, IgG, IgA, and decreased the levels of SIL-2R, IL-6, and TNF-α (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In particular, the high-dose group of PNYG was better than gentamicin group and Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The results suggest that the pelvic nerve granules can improve the humoral immune function in rats with pelvic inflammatory disease, which may be one of the mechanisms of its therapeutic effect on pelvic inflammatory disease.
