本文叙述了在电子计算机上对25.5m新型客车进行探讨性研究的情况。介绍了用正交试验设计法确定四种结构计算方案,以及各方案在两种载荷工况下的变形和受力。列出了枕梁断面、牵引梁断面和枕外地板厚度不同时,车体主要断面或受力严重区域的应力数值,阐述上述三构件对车体受力的影响。计算结果表明,采用上下盖板宽为600mm、两腹板内側距为320mm、板厚为8mm的低合金高强度钢的枕梁,强度是足够的。
This article describes the case study of a 25.5m new passenger car on a computer. This paper introduces the calculation methods of four kinds of structures by the orthogonal test design method and the deformation and stress of each program under two load conditions. The stress values of the main section or the severe stress area of the bolster are listed when the cross-section of the bolster, the section of the cross-section of the bracing beam and the thickness of the floor outside the pillow, and the influence of the above three components on the force of the bodyshell. The calculation results show that the strength of the bolster with low alloy high strength steel with a width of 600mm on the upper and lower plates, 320mm on the inner side of the two plates and a thickness of 8mm is sufficient.
