目的观察金纳康对高脂血症的治疗作用。②方法随机选择高脂血症病人１００例，其中金纳康治疗组６８例，烟酸肌醇酯治疗组（对照组）３２例。检测病人治疗前后血清胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）和高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）的变化。③结果金纳康可明显降低高血脂病人ＴＣ，ＴＧ并提高ＨＤＬ－Ｃ，治疗前后比较差异有显著性（ｔ＝２．４３６～３．１２８，Ｐ均＜０．０５）。④结论金纳康口服液对高脂血症病人有明显的治疗作用
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Genapolys on hyperlipidemia. Methods 100 patients were randomly selected hyperlipidemia patients, including Jin Nakang treatment group 68 cases, nicotinic acid inositol treatment group (control group) 32 cases. The changes of serum cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) before and after treatment were detected. Results Jinnaikang significantly reduced TC, TG and HDL-C in hyperlipidemic patients. There was significant difference between before and after treatment (t = 2.436 ~ 3.128, P <0.05). ④ Conclusion Jin Na Kang oral solution of hyperlipidemia patients have a significant therapeutic effect
