突发性聋是耳鼻咽喉科的常见急症之一,病因至今尚未完全明了,治疗也缺乏特异性,虽有自愈倾向,但延误1个月以上将可能导致永久性听力损失。本科2004年9月至2008年9月以巴曲酶、糖皮质激素、高压氧等综合措施治疗突发性聋65例,并随访6个月以上,疗效满意,现报告如下。1资料与方法1 Sudden deafness is one of the common emergency of otolaryngology.
