昆明小鼠30只分别饲以低硒(14.7ng/g)及补硒(500ng/g)等饲料27天,用 ELISA 检测心、肝、肾、肝细胞线粒及胞质 GSH—px 含量,结果表明肝>肾>心,低硒动物组织及肝亚细胞成分酶含量明显下降,补硒则可维持酶含量和活性,本方法灵敏性高,方法简便。低硒时动物组织内 GSH—px 含量下降幅度不及全血酶活性大,揭示低硒早期,动物组织内可能存在无活性蛋白多肽,作者对其发生机制进行了探讨。
30 Kunming mice were fed with low-selenium (14.7ng / g) and supplemental selenium (500ng / g) for 27 days. The contents of mitochondria and cytoplasmic GSH-px in heart, liver, The results showed that the content of enzyme in the liver> kidney> heart, selenium-deficient animal tissues and hepatocyte sub-cellular components decreased significantly. Selenium supplementation could maintain the enzyme content and activity. The method was sensitive and simple. The content of GSH-px in animal tissue decreased less than that of the whole blood enzyme in low selenium, which revealed that there might be inactive protein in early selenium and animal tissues.
