针对转子系统的非线性恢复力模型与非线性振动控制问题,采用变宽度与变形状的隶属度函数构成的模糊规则的模糊PID控制的电磁作用器,实现对转子系统的非线性恢复力的处理和非线性振动的完全控制。使用具有非线性恢复力的轴承和电磁作用器的Jeffcott模型,进行转子系统的非线性振动控制的仿真计算,并通过使用模糊PID与传统PID两种控制方法的仿真及比较,表明使用所提出的模糊PID控制器能对非线性恢复力进行自学习的模糊处理和实现转子系统的主谐波和分数谐波区域的完全振动控制,也强化了转子系统的适应能力。
