为了确定某出口地铁车辆的最佳设计方案,提出了一种基于一列多车的舒适度评价方法。空气弹簧装车特性和车辆间作用是两个重要的轨道车辆舒适度影响因素。在整车动力学模型虚拟环境下,测试空气弹簧装车特性并与试验台特性对比,两者具有比较一致的基本特征。根据钩缓装置的测试特性曲线,建立简化的非线性刚度车辆间连接。在此基础上,应用Wz和Nmv指标进行一列8辆车舒适性对比评价,数字滤波Wz与Nmv评价比较接近,模拟滤波Wz趋于乐观。
In order to determine the best design scheme of a subway exit vehicle, a comfort evaluation method based on a multi-train is proposed. The air spring loading characteristics and the inter-vehicle effect are two important rail vehicle comfort factors. Under the virtual environment of vehicle dynamics model, the air spring loading test characteristics are compared with the characteristics of the test bench, both of which have the same basic characteristics. According to the test curve of the hook and loop device, a simplified nonlinear stiffness vehicle connection is established. On this basis, the Wz and Nmv indicators were used to evaluate the comfort of a series of eight vehicles. The digital filtering Wz was close to Nmv evaluation, and the analog filtering Wz tended to be optimistic.
