[目的]了解长链非编码RNA SNHG7在胃癌组织中的表达情况,并探讨其相关临床意义。[方法]采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)法检测SNHG7在82例胃癌患者癌和癌旁组织表达情况,χ2检验分析胃癌组织中SNHG7表达量与临床病理参数相关性;应用Log-rank检验和COX回归模型分析胃癌组织中SNHG7表达量与胃癌患者术后预后的关系。[结果]SNHG7在胃癌组织中较癌旁组织表达明显升高(P<0.001);胃癌组织中SNHG7的表达水平与SNHG7的表达与肿瘤的浸润深度(P<0.001),临床分期(P=0.003)、区域淋巴结转移有关(P=0.035)。胃癌组织中SNHG7相对高表达与患者术后无瘤生存期显著缩短(20.4个月vs.28.8个月,P=0.001)。胃癌组织中SNHG7高表达是影响胃癌患者术后无瘤生存期的一个独立危险因素(HR=2.067;95%CI 1.012~4.219;P=0.046)。[结论]SNHG7有望成为预测胃癌患者术后预后的一个新的潜在标记物。
[Objective] To understand the expression of long-chain non-coding RNA SNHG7 in gastric cancer and to explore its clinical significance. [Methods] The expression of SNHG7 in cancer tissues and paracancer tissues was detected by real-time quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR) in 82 gastric cancer patients. Χ2 test was used to analyze the correlation between SNHG7 expression and clinical pathological parameters. Log-rank test And COX regression model was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of SNHG7 in gastric cancer and the prognosis of gastric cancer patients. [Results] The expression of SNHG7 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.001). The expression of SNHG7 and SNHG7 in gastric cancer tissues were significantly correlated with the depth of invasion (P <0.001), clinical stage (P = 0.003 ), Regional lymph node metastasis (P = 0.035). The relative high expression of SNHG7 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly shorter than the postoperative tumor-free survival (20.4 months vs.28.8 months, P = 0.001). The high expression of SNHG7 in gastric cancer tissue is an independent risk factor affecting the postoperative tumor-free survival of patients with gastric cancer (HR = 2.067; 95% CI 1.012-4.219; P = 0.046). [Conclusion] SNHG7 is expected to become a new potential marker for predicting postoperative prognosis of gastric cancer patients.
