测量了几种不同配比的SiN超细粉与塑粉混合喷制板在0.94μm激光辐照下的散射比空间分布。材料比例决定其散射特性,SiN粉比例较大时,散射特性较好。研究了有刷痕方向的红外涂层在10.6μm波段下的散射分布。发现刷痕方向垂直于入射面时散射较大。分析结果表明,选择合适的涂层表面可以控制表面辐射的空间分布特性。
The scattering ratio distribution of SiN superfine powder and plastic powder sprayed plate under 0.94μm laser irradiation was measured. The proportion of material determines its scattering properties, scattering properties are better when the proportion of SiN powder is larger. The scattering distribution of infrared coating in the direction of brush marks at 10.6μm was studied. It is found that the direction of brush marks is larger when the direction of the brush marks is perpendicular to the incident surface. The analysis results show that the choice of a suitable coating surface can control the spatial distribution of surface radiation.
