本文简要介绍了填料塔正常运行的重要性,并对填料塔的常见故障进行了分析归类．在此基础上建立了填料塔设备的档案和维护方案来避免周期性故障,对突发性故障则使用故障诊断专家系统进行分析判断并给出合适的维修方案．本文采用专家系统和信息管理技术,最终可减少填料塔因故障停车带来的损失,为企业带来更大的经济效益和社会效益。
This article briefly introduces the importance of normal operation of packed tower, and analyzes and classifies the common faults of packed tower. On this basis, the file and maintenance scheme of packed tower equipment is established to avoid periodic faults. The sudden fault is analyzed and judged by fault diagnosis expert system and the appropriate maintenance scheme is given. In this paper, expert system and information management technology can be used to reduce the loss of packed tower due to fault parking and bring greater economic and social benefits to the enterprise.
