目的:探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)手术前后非接触眼压值(NCT)及中央角膜厚度(CCT)变化的影响因素。方法:对269例(538眼)近视患者按屈光度分为低(≤-3.0D),中(-3.0--6.0 D),高(>-6.0 D)三组。分别对三组患者观察术前、术后NCT及CCT的动态变化。结果:术后同期组间CCT差异有显著性(P<0.05),眼压下降与角膜厚度(CCT)变化相关。结论:LASIK术后眼压测量值降低与切削深度、术前CCT有关,CCT是影响NCT的重要因素,LASIK术后应根据CCT变化修正NCT测量值。 Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of non-contact intraocular pressure (NCT) and central corneal thickness (CCT) before and after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Methods: 269 patients (538 eyes) with myopia were divided into low (≤-3.0D), moderate (-3.0-6.0D) and high (-6.0D) groups according to diopter. The three groups of patients were observed before and after NCT and postoperative dynamic changes of CCT. Results: There was significant difference in CCT between the two groups (P <0.05). The decrease of intraocular pressure was related to the change of corneal thickness (CCT). CONCLUSIONS: The decrease of intraocular pressure (IOP) after LASIK is related to the depth of cut and preoperative CCT. CCT is an important factor affecting NCT. After NCT, the measurement of NCT should be corrected after LASIK.
