日前,笔者遇到一个企业的工会主席,他说经常帮助行政外出跑经营,搞推销,谈业务,忙里忙外,可谓走遍千山万水,吃尽千辛万苦,没有功劳也有苦劳。而职工民意测验却有不少人认为他不称职,厂长也说他工作忙不到点子上。他本人觉得很委屈。其实,这种现象完全是工作错位所致,揽了行政、业务的活,误自已工会的事,当然不受职工欢迎。
Recently, I encountered a trade union chairman of an enterprise. He said that he often helps the administrative officials go out to run their own business, engage in sales promotion and business operations.
