筛选了对被孢霉产花生四烯酸(AA)最佳的表面活性剂并确定了其最佳质量分数,发现0.3%Tween20最有利于提高被孢霉的AA产量,并研究了0.3%Tween 20对被孢霉发酵体系的KLa值、被孢霉生长、油脂和AA合成等的影响.结果表明:0.3%Tween 20可以提高被孢霉发酵体系的KLa值,虽然0.3%Tween20对被孢霉生长和油脂合成没有明显的影响,但显著地提高了AA在油脂中的含量,从而最终提高AA产量.尤其在第7 d,AA产量达1.61 g/L,为对照组第7 d所得的1.31倍.
