目的 了解常州地区产青霉素酶淋病奈瑟菌 (penicillinase -producingNeisseriagonorrhoeae,PPNG )在淋病奈瑟菌中的构成比。方法 用套式聚合酶链反应 (nestedpolymerasechainreaction ,nPCR)对分离自常州地区的 81株淋病奈瑟菌进行PPNG特有耐药基因检测。结果 81株淋病奈瑟菌中有 62株检出耐药基因 ,即PPNG已占淋病奈瑟菌总数的 76 5 %。结论 常州不仅存在PPNG ,而且已构成流行
Objective To understand the composition ratio of Penicillinase-producing Neisseriagonorrhoeae (PPNG) in Neisseria gonorrhoeae in Changzhou. Methods 81 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolated from Changzhou were tested for PPNG resistance by nested polymerase chain reaction (nPCR). Results Of the 81 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae, 62 strains showed resistance genes, that is, PPNG accounted for 76.5% of the total number of Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Conclusion Changzhou not only exists PPNG, but also has become popular
