本文介绍了一种采用新型纵杆离心式偏置电路结构波导耿氏振荡器的设计过程和实验结果。研究结果表明,振荡器的频率稳定度可以明显提高,输出功率大,该振荡器结构简单,加工方便,成本低,抗震能力强,可靠性高,具有较大的实用价值。
This paper presents a design process and experimental results of a waveguide Gunn oscillator with a new type of vertical-pole centrifugal bias circuit. The results show that the oscillator frequency stability can be significantly improved, the output power, the oscillator structure is simple, easy processing, low cost, strong seismic capacity, high reliability, with great practical value.
