“沂水红”是长富2号苹果的芽变新品种。2012年12月通过山东省林木品种审定委员会审定。该品种果实圆形,果形指数0.82。平均单果重249.1 g,大小整齐一致。果实底色黄白色,着浓红色,全面着色。果面光滑,无蜡质、无果粉,果点小、疏、平。果梗中粗,红色。果心小,果肉黄白色,肉质细、硬脆、汁液多,甜酸适度,香气浓,品质上等。可溶性固形物含量16.00%,可溶性糖含量13.50%,可滴定酸含量0.61%,维生素C含量19.50 mg/kg;果实去皮硬度8.80 kg/cm2。
