安徽省宁国县机械工业公司从改革用人、分配制度入手,促使责权利紧密结合,极大地调动了职工的积极性,经济效益持续大幅度增长。年工业总产值由1987年的340万元增至1991年的1.1亿元;实现利税由30万元增至700万元;固定资产净值由250万元增至2403万元。四年工业总产值平均增长率为60％,利税率平均增长率为46％,全员劳动生产率平均增长率为33％。四年取得的经济效益是公司1987年组建前(柴油机厂时期)30年总和的八倍。最近,省机械厅发出文件,推广这家企业引发内在能量释放的成功经验。
Anhui Ningguo Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. started with the reform of the employing system and distribution system, which promoted the close integration of responsibility and rights, greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of the employees, and the economic benefits continued to grow substantially. The total industrial output value increased from 3.4 million yuan in 1987 to 110 million yuan in 1991; the profits and taxes were increased from 300,000 yuan to 7 million yuan; the net value of fixed assets increased from 2.5 million yuan to 240,300,000 yuan. The average growth rate of total industrial output value for four years is 60%, the average growth rate of profit and tax rate is 46%, and the average growth rate of total labor productivity is 33%. The economic benefits achieved in four years are eight times the sum of 30 years before the company was established in 1987 (during the diesel engine plant period). Recently, the Provincial Machinery Department issued a document to promote the company’s successful experience in triggering the release of internal energy.
