通过分析复杂航天产品多学科建模过程和性能样机多学科协同优化建模方法,提出了性能样机MDO协同模型。针对复杂航天产品多学科一体化设计要求,利用粒子群优化算法和多目标遗传算法,构建了基于多目标混合软计算模型,实现了性能样机多学科优化算法,并通过多目标混合软计算对高超声速飞行器性能样机外形气动一体化多目标优化设计进行仿真验证。验证结果表明所提出的算法能够在设计候选解中求得Pareto优化解,较好的实现了复杂航天产品多学科中的元模型性能目标综合优化与方案评价。
By analyzing multidisciplinary modeling process of complex aerospace products and multidisciplinary collaborative optimization modeling of performance prototype, a collaborative model of performance prototype MDO is proposed. In order to meet the multidisciplinary design requirements of complex aerospace products, a multi-objective hybrid soft computing model based on multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm and multi-objective genetic algorithm is proposed to realize multi-disciplinary optimization of performance prototype. The multi- Supersonic aircraft performance prototype aerodynamic integration multi-objective optimization design simulation verification The verification results show that the proposed algorithm can obtain Pareto optimal solution in the design candidate solution, and achieve the comprehensive optimization and scheme evaluation of the performance of the meta-model in multidisciplinary complex space products.
