采用有限元法计算了两种工艺淬火的9CrSi双曲线管材矫直辊残余应力分布。结果表明,与常规淬火相比,差温加热淬火能降低残余应力峰值,并使内孔表面呈压应力状态,有助于减小淬火开裂倾向.计算所得的常规淬火工件残余应力峰值位置,与实际生产中工件开裂部位相同,表明本文所用计算方法可行。
Finite element method was used to calculate the residual stress distribution of the two quenched 9CrSi hyperbolic pipe straightening rolls. The results show that, compared with conventional quenching, quenching at different temperatures can reduce the peak value of residual stress and make the surface of the inner hole be in a state of compressive stress, which helps to reduce the tendency of quenching and cracking. The calculated peak position of residual stress of the conventional quenched workpiece is the same as the cracked site of the workpiece in actual production, indicating that the calculation method used in this article is feasible.
