目的探讨高频超声对医疗放射工作人员眼晶状体损害的诊断价值。方法应用高分辨率超声诊断仪及眼科裂隙灯分别对广西1006例医疗放射工作人员眼晶状体进行对比观察,分析晶状体形态的改变及內部回声。结果发现209例418只眼晶状体浑浊,浑浊率达20.78%,超声检查诊断符合率为90.9%。晶状体浑浊声像图可分为三型:皮质型、核型和完全型。结论高频超声检查可以全面地了解晶状体浑浊的状况,对不能散瞳者更有价值,是早期诊断眼晶状体损伤的有效方法之一。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in the lens damage of medical radiation workers. Methods A total of 1006 medical radiographers in Guangxi were examined with high-resolution ultrasound and ophthalmic slit lamp respectively. Changes of lens shape and internal echo were analyzed. The results showed that 209 cases of 418 eyes opacity, turbidity rate of 20.78%, the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound was 90.9%. Ambiguous lens opacity maps can be divided into three types: cortical, karyotype and complete type. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound can fully understand the state of lens opacity, which is more valuable for those who can not mydriat. It is an effective method for early diagnosis of lens damage in the eye.
